2023 Alabama Jewelers Association Convention

Jewelers of America (JA) and Jewelers Mutual Group have come together to offer a special day of education that will feature interactive sessions, networking, and speakers that are designed to increase profitability and propel your business forward.  

The introductory event will be held in conjunction with the Alabama Jewelers Association 2023 Convention on April 22, 2023, and will feature speakers on the following topics:

*Managing Google Reviews            

* Securely processing sales and decreasing credit card fraud

*Jewelry Trends

* Insurance 101

*Getting the most out of Jewelers Mutual’s Jeweler Programs

In addition to the speakers, there will be interactive round table discussions that will enable valuable networking and key learning opportunities. There will also be prizes, giveaways, and food to keep everyone nourished and in a learning state of mind. You won’t want to miss this workshop!

Alabama Jewelers Association is looking forward to our 99th Annual Conference. We will be offering two great classes on Sunday and spend time together fellowshipping as Alabama jewelers. 

One of the classes offered is by Kate Peterson from Performance Concepts, Inc. She will be leading a class on Body Language. "Our bodies can change our minds … our minds can change our behavior … and our behavior changes

our outcomes. " 

The other class will be lead by John Fierst from Jewelers Mutual® Group. As criminal activity targeting the jewelry industry continues to escalate, it is critical for jewelers to be vigilant and aware of ways to keep themselves safe and secure Partner for Protection has never been more relevant! Spend time in this session hearing the latest about crimes affecting the industry and what you can do to protect yourself.
